The borrower list view includes borrower photos, with interactive buttons (hover over the button and it highlights), “flag” symbols instead of check boxes when marking records.
The borrower detail view uses embedded labels to free up space and includes all current issues for the borrower on the front tab.
The borrower utility audit tab has a new “consolidate” function.
The consolidate screen makes it easy to consolidate the issues, history, reserves, reviews and correspondence of two borrowers to a single borrower. This is useful, for example, when borrower information has been imported from disparate sources and doesn’t quite match up.
You are presented with a list of borrowers, with consolidate buttons to the left and right of each borrower.
The button to the left will consolidate the records of the previous (above) record to the current record. The button to the right will consolidate the records of the “next” borrower (below) to the current borrower.
When you choose one the options, you are given a warning that this action cannot be undone.
For those who are managing borrower log-in accounts manually, the account management list has been updated with taller rows, borrower photos and a bit more information about the borrowers. You can also directly e-mail to address 1 or 2.
