The print reports that generate statistics of the found set have been consolidated and now include new reports by genre, cover type, content type, and borrower privilege.
Access these by one print button: “Statistics”
Clicking that button will present a dialog box where you can choose what the report will be summarised by:
You can also enter a date to which the statistics will be depreciated (that is, calculate the book value of the items as at that date) and the report is then previewed to screen in the normal way:
Clicking the “Summarise by…” button on the utilities screen allows you to group the found set by any of a large selection fields. The list of fields no longer refers to the internal field name, but rather a more obvious human friendly name.
Counts for borrower privilege (fiction, non-fiction, senior fiction, etc.) have been removed from most reports (as they were only partial statistics anyway) and broken out into their own report.
Access this report on the found set from the print menu.
